Dunkin’ Donuts
Video helped former Husker kickoff his new brand
You might know Kris Brown as a University of Nebraska football national champion and from his time in the NFL from 1999-2010. But his sweet career didn’t stop there.
Growing up, Brown’s local Dunkin’ was a frequent stop for him and his dad. They loved to grab some after-school donuts together, including Brown’s favorite flavor – maple frosted! Although eventually, Brown’s after-school donuts were replaced with after-school sprints on the football field.
Years later, after his NFL retirement, Brown signed his first Dunkin’ development in Kansas City.
Now, with more than 14 Dunkin’ restaurants under his ownership throughout the greater Kansas City, Omaha, and Council Bluffs areas, Brown and his team look forward to creating those same emotional connections for local guests throughout the Midwest that he experienced with his dad during his after-school donut runs.

Dunkin’ franchisees are all independent local business owners who all support their local communities in many different ways. Recently, Brown and his team have gone out into their communities to help spread joy and spark goodwill through various other donation and volunteer opportunities, including donating to Food Bank of the Heartland, Kansas City Food Bank, and Harvesters – The Community Food Network.
Kris and his team have been hard at work, serving more than just coffee and donuts to their Omaha community, and they are just getting started.
To launch his new businesses, we worked with Kris on a piece of video collateral that focused on the future, while kicking his noteworthiness in the local Nebraska community into high gear.
